Privacy policy
If you send us an enquiry, it goes to Precious Dental in Antalya and is used to reply to you and plan any treatment you ask about. We do not sell it, share it with other clinics or use it for advertising.

Our readers live in many countries, so it is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where your own country's law gives you more rights, those rights apply too.
Who is responsible
Your data is controlled by Precious Oral and Dental Health Centre, trading as Precious Dental, at Yeşilbahçe Mah. Savaş Cad. Mevsim Apt. No:3AA Üst Kat, Muratpaşa, Antalya, Türkiye (email info@dentprecious.com). The clinic also has a company in England, Precious Teeth Ltd (no. 14018597). Patient records held at the clinic are covered by the clinic-wide notice on dentprecious.com; the page you are reading deals only with this library.
What you give us through the form

To block spam, the form checks how quickly it was filled in and keeps a coded (hashed) record of your connection to limit repeated messages. The form has no medical questions. If you choose to send X-rays, scans or photos afterwards by email or WhatsApp, they are used only to assess and plan your treatment.
Our legal basis
We rely on your consent (the tick box) and on legitimate interest, since someone who writes to a clinic expects a reply. X-rays, scans and other health details count as special category data under data protection law, so we handle them only when you have clearly agreed, and only to look after your teeth. To take back your consent, write to info@dentprecious.com whenever you like.
Where your information goes
- When you press send, the form is processed on the server that hosts this website.
- Your enquiry is emailed to Precious Dental's enquiry inbox.
- A backup copy is written to a folder on the hosting server that sits outside the public website, in case the email does not arrive.
- Precious Dental staff in Antalya who handle enquiries read it and reply.
We do not sell enquiries, hand them to other clinics or use them to aim advertising at you. Messages you send by WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
International transfers
Precious Dental is in Türkiye, so information you send from the EU, the UK, North America, Australia, the Gulf or elsewhere is processed outside your country. It is used only for the purposes on this page and kept behind access controls. If you would like more detail about how a transfer from your country is handled, email us.
How long we keep it
We hold an enquiry for as long as the conversation, and any treatment that follows from it, is ongoing. There is no fixed deletion date for enquiries yet. If you become a patient, your records fall under the clinic's patient-record rules. If you would like your enquiry erased sooner, email us and we will delete it.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. Google Analytics is not running at present. If we switch it on, it will load only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you will be able to change your choice from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies. A small amount of information is kept in your browser's session storage while you browse, to remember which page you arrived on if you later use the form; it is not a cookie and is cleared when you close the tab.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and you can withdraw consent. Türkiye's data protection law gives similar rights. Send any request to info@dentprecious.com.
Unhappy with how we respond? You may take the matter to your local data protection regulator, such as the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, any authority on the EDPB list in the EU and EEA, or the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye.
